Yes! Browsing projects, viewing professional profiles, and searching on the map is completely free for everyone.

How do I contact a professional?

1. Browse to the professional's profile
2. Click "Contact Professional" or "Request Quote"

5. The professional will respond through the platform

How do I know if a professional is qualified?

Bildcoin & Rewards

What is Bildcoin?

Bildcoin (ticker: BILD) is Bildlist's utility token that rewards construction professionals for contributing quality content to the platform. BILD creates a token-based economy that benefits active participants.

Who can earn Bildcoin?

Only construction professionals with paid subscriptions (Basic, Pro, or Premium) can earn BILD tokens. Free plan users and consumers cannot earn BILD.

What can I use BILD for?

Current and planned uses:

What subscription plans are available?

Can I change my subscription plan?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

What happens to my BILD if I cancel?

You keep all BILD earned while subscribed. Your wallet and balance remain accessible. You just won't earn new BILD until you resubscribe.

How do I list a project?

Option 1: From Your Dashboard

1. Navigate to your Professional Dashboard
2. Click "List New Project"
3. Enter project details (address, type, description)
4. Upload project photos
5. Submit for review

Option 2: Quick Access

1. Click "List a Project" in the header (when logged in)
2. Follow the same steps above

Photo Guidelines

Technical Requirements:

• Minimum resolution: 1200 x 900 pixels
• Accepted formats: JPG, PNG
• Maximum file size: 10MB per photo
• Color images (no black and white unless artistic choice)

Can I edit projects after publishing?

Yes! Edit your projects anytime from Dashboard → My Projects. Updates appear immediately.

Map Features

How does the map work?

The Bildlist map displays:

• Project Markers: Exact locations of completed projects
• Clustered View: Groups of nearby projects shown as clusters
• Filter Options: Filter by project type, professional, date range
• Detail Popups: Click markers to see project details

How do I search by location?

Option 1: Search Bar

• Enter an address, city, or ZIP code
• Map zooms to that location
• View projects in the area

Option 2: Pan & Zoom

• Click and drag to pan around
• Scroll or pinch to zoom in/out
• Explore different neighborhoods

Troubleshooting

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

1. Click "Sign In" in the header
2. Click "Forgot Password?"
3. Enter your email address
4. Check your email for reset link
5. Create a new password

My photos won't upload. What should I do?

Check the following:

• File size: Must be under 10MB per photo
• Format: Only JPG and PNG accepted
• Internet connection: Ensure stable connection
• Browser: Try a different browser or clear cache

I'm not receiving BILD for my projects. Why?

Verify:

• ✓ You have an active paid subscription (Basic, Pro, or Premium)
• ✓ Your project has been approved and published
• ✓ You've completed all required project fields
• ✓ You're checking your Bildcoin Wallet in the dashboard

BILD is credited within 24 hours of project approval.

The map isn't loading. What should I do?

1. Refresh the page (Ctrl+R or Cmd+R)
2. Clear browser cache and cookies
3. Check internet connection
4. Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)
5. Update your browser to the latest version
